beer, chocolate & waffles

Okay so I actually didn't have a waffle, but I did go to Belgium this weekend.
I drank beer and ate ["french"] fries and chocolate, so those were Belgian enough.
It was a beautiful city and it was great to see Allison!
Freedom Church was so so so great and I love what they are doing over here.
Apparently they are planning to plant a campus in the Netherlands in 2016 and I would LOVE to be a part of that.
I guess we will have to see what nursing school says.
It makes me very confused about my future.
Anyway, it was a good weekend and I have the weekend off this week from traveling.
That is okay with me; traveling takes a lot out of me I have found out.
And I missed my Groningen friends a lot while I was away.
Okay then, sorry there's no video, I am just not feeling quite up to it today.
But please look at these pictures because Bruges is SUCH a beautiful city.

I am sorry for no captions, but the beauty of Bruges does not need explaining.  I hope you enjoy the pictures!

Below are some iPhone pictures from the week.

A shorter scarf than I am used to, but it turned out really cute

My dear sweet WyldLife teammates spoil me with snail mail

So great to see sweet Allison this weekend! I love a familiar face.

My selfie game has been a little too strong in Europe.

We got caught in the rain...

This, believe it or not, is a candle and that is wax.

Freedom Church was AMAZING this weekend.

Apparently there are plans for Holland in the next few years.  I just might have to be a part of that ;)

This is the scarf I knitted today.  I'm up to my ears in wool, so let me know if you want one.

Have a great week
xo
